1. 收集快樂記憶


ð 快樂是一種愛自己的表現，


為自己收集、儲存快樂的感受。


 


ð 記下今天發生的五件樂事，


把樂事清單夾在筆記本裡，


當需要打氣時，讀一讀樂事清單，


重溫所有的快樂感受。


 


2. 說說貼心語


ð 人人喜歡貼心話，也需要貼心話，


一句得體的貼心話像久旱甘霖，


能適時撫慰受傷的心靈，


也能鼓舞人心。


ð 比如:孩子我要你比我強。


我要和你做一輩子的朋友。


願生生世世都結為夫妻。


 


3. 多繞一點路


ð 新視野激發新構想，


從未見過的風景往往帶來最多的驚奇。


繞進最小的巷道，


進去看看;放棄高速公路，


改走多彩多姿的省道;


在目的地一公里外停車，


走路前往預定地，欣賞沿路景色。


 


4. 刻意做一些無聊的事


ð 如果你會走路，你就會跳舞；


如果妳會說話，


你就能唱歌。


ð 生活中充滿了無聊的瑣事，


只要用歡欣的心情來面對，


即使是最平常的事也會有新面貌。


ð 比如早起向身邊的人說早安，


刷牙時對著自己微笑一下，


或者是高興地做一件無聊的家事。


 


5. 不出版的地下文學


ð 思想是一座令你意想不到的寶藏，


幫自己的創作慾找到宣洩的窗口。


ð 開始寫作可以從短詩開始，


或是寫簡單日記，


練習描繪自己的想法，


並且照自己喜歡的方式做，


將每日的生活動態加以記錄，


你會擁有擋不住的文思泉湧。


 


6. 找人幫你丟東西


ð 捨棄可以幫助尋找自我，


列一張清單來詢問


自己若失去了這樣東西，


是否還想擁有。


ð 對於許多囤積的小東西，


如原子筆、剪報、紙盒、名片．…‥


應該隨時分成四類:該保留、


該修理、


可送人、該丟棄，然後to do it。


清除不需要的東西，


是一種割愛與轉讓的藝術，


沒法做到的人


就讓了解你的人來幫你處理，


既迅速叉有效。


 


7. 跟爸媽聊聊家族史


 


ð 關心近在咫尺的親人，


珍惜彼此的感情，


愛惜成長家園。


ð 跟家人玩尋根遊戲，


畫畫家庭關係圖，


影印父母及小時照片，


用簡單的文字敘述，


讓家庭關係更緊密。


 


8. 為自己做一件事


ð 找任何理由


讓生活添加喜樂的音符，


給自己驚奇，


好好擁抱自己。


ð 有創意就有快樂．


列出可以為自己做的事情，


比如:選一件有趣的活動，


一有空就去做;每天給自己一件禮物


(泡澡、聽一捲喜歡的錄音帶);


或是原諒自己的過錯。


 


9. 每天騰出一個小時思考你的生活，


可以讓人生更簡化而美好，


重要的事自然而然會浮現。


ð 比如:每天提早一個小時下班、


每天晚一小時出門上班、


下班後在辦公室多留一小時、


每天提早一小時起床、停止看電視、


不要和別人訂午餐約會、


不要約定下班後的活動．…‥，


用不會被打擾的時間。


 


10. 在家賞野鳥


ð 想讓野鳥繽紛的生命走進家園的人，


可以在陽台放個餵食台，


放置水果或是五穀雜糧，


只要耐心等候，


不出門也可欣賞麻雀、


白頭翁、綠繡眼、


八哥、紅鳩的生命蓬勃。


 


11. 消費EQ


ð 經濟不景氣生存法則:


做預算計畫、


儘快還清貸款、停止買東西、


避免負債。


ð 消費前先問自己為何要買，


有沒有不必花錢的方法，


或是用帶新東西回來，


就把舊的丟掉的方式減少消費，


也可以和精打細算者逛街，


來提高自己的消費EQ。


 


12. 簡單穿出品味


 


ð 好的衣服自己會說話。


練習用新方法穿舊衣服，


黑白配，是很好的方式。


 


13. 用種子造一座小森林


ð 將綠寶石、橘子、龍眼、


柚子、桃子、李子，芒果、


醡醬草的種子種下，澆水灌溉，


營造隨手可得的綠意生活。


 


14. 讓每一天都有點獨特


ð 處處嘗新，


隨著心情改變口紅、


香水、髮型，


或是改變乎時的服飾，


穿上完全不同的服裝。


活得非常HIGH，又非常COOL!


 


15. 說(我愛妳)


ð 每天花一點時間，想個人去愛。


告訴三個人，你有多愛他們，


讓他感覺你愛他。


 


16. 公車旅遊家


ð 帶個飯糰和水壺搭公車出遊，


坐在最後一排，隨性下車，


既可以觀察乘客百態，


又可欣賞車外景緻，


還可以了解這一季在流行什麼。


也可以照公車路線圖規畫不同主題的景點，


將郊區、市街、公園、藝文館等，


組合成豐富的遊程。


 


17. 美的饗宴


ð 選擇簡單大方的框，


將複製畫、海報、全家福、


畢業照、旅遊照、自己作品、


小孩塗鴉，拿來佈置居家環境，


增添溫馨氣氛。


 


18. 辦公室生存之道


 


ð 動動動起來，


隨時隨地伸展筋骨，


改妥姿勢、


做做辦公室運動、


戒掉零食，


藉著閱讀改變工作項目更新活力。


 


19. 一分鐘的春天


ð 放鬆心情，


用一分鐘去感受生命中


微小短暫卻美好的事物。


ð 比如花的香味，


乾淨清涼的一潭水，


日出或日落，樹林的芬芳，


溫暖的陽光，涼爽的和風，


一道彩虹。


ð 花點時間來聞玫瑰香，


給自己一分鐘假期短暫小憩。


 


20. 為自己記功


ð 列出所有自己覺得驕傲的特質，


所有你覺得做得好或樂於去做的事，


來為自己打氣。


ð 把自己的優點及做過的了不起的事，


寫在3*5卡片上，


當妳覺得需要為自己打氣時，


把卡片拿出來。


 


21. 舉辦跳蚤市場


ð 跳蚤市場教你惜物、分享物，


放棄一些東西也可以降低混亂，


和朋友或家人進行(冗物交換)，


送出舊衣物，成立交換中心，


同時可學到分享、


輪流的喜悅，


也可藉機教導孩子正確的消費觀，


做好資源回收。


 


22. 除舊佈新，喜新戀舊


ð 隨身攜帶行事曆筆記本，


一有想法就記下來，


每年除夕當天從頭到尾再讀一遍，


回味所度過的


每一天與發生在身邊的事物，


再重新將親友的電話謄到


新的記事本中，


在懷舊氣氛中迎接新年來到。


 


23. 拍全家福


ð 珍惜家庭團聚時刻，


每年用鏡頭為全家寫下


足以珍藏的日記，


各分東西的親人，


也可利用此時團聚話家常。


 


24. 給自己一個戀家的理由


ð 改變居家環境，


能消除心理上的壓力，


為房間與生命帶來和諧。


ð 在環境做一點小小的改變，


掛一串風鈴或擺一盆金魚，


用照片、圖畫、花朵、


雕塑或別致的月曆來裝飾，


營造陽光窗戶新風景的好心情。


 


25. 城市健行


ð 到賞心悅目、


習慣人們只逛不買的店面走走，


如藝廊、精緻珠寶店、


古董店、高級精品店，


或是參觀展覽或逛跳蚤市場、


博物館，逛街、賞心悅目、


長見識，一舉數得。
